Yin Yoga with the Talented Ava Moreno

In this yin class, we will dive into our physical body, targeting connective tissue: fascia, ligaments, and tendon. In the process, we’ll tap into the more subtle and energetic body as well. Ava will lead you through a slow, grounding practice to move into the chakras, offering lots of hands-on adjustments to individualize the shapes and customize the work to your body. Music, essential oils, and adjustments are incorporated to seamlessly link the physical and energetic body in this 75-minute practice.
